FORMER TIME WARNER CABLE EXECUTIVE, JACK GAULT JOINS GOTUIT'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Andover, MA (March 18, 2002) - Gotuit Media Corp., the provider of patented indexing services and navigation software for VOD systems, today appointed Jack Gault, former Executive Vice President of Time Warner Cable, to its board of directors. Gotuit will greatly benefit from Gault's vast knowledge and extensive experience in the cable industry.

With more than 30 years of experience in the cable industry, Gault currently serves as chairman and CEO of Cable Intel, a consulting company serving the cable industry. A well-known and respected cable industry veteran, he has held senior executive positions with Time Warner Cable, American Television and Communications Corporation (ATC), Television Communications Corporation (TCC), and Teleprompter.

"As Gotuit Media continues to gain attention in the marketplace, and the need for our services expands, Jack's experience and guidance will prove invaluable," CEO Jim Logan stated. "We're gaining a board member whose insight and experience in the cable industry are matched only by his energy and vision."

"The cable industry today is working hard to realize its dream of 'TV on Demand'. As time-shifted viewing increases, however, the program guide-listing when a show is on and on what channel- will become steadily less important. Instead, a show index that allows users to navigate within a program will become the must-have information tool", Gault said. "Gotuit On DemandT with its patented technology, is poised to offer this tool and give viewers nothing less than a 'New way to Watch' TV."
